What bookmy.page is

bookmy.page gives a seller one link that works as their shop: a catalogue of what they sell, and a way for customers to order. Orders are sent to the seller’s WhatsApp.

We are not part of the sale. Buyers pay sellers directly. Each seller is responsible for their products, prices, delivery, and any licence their business needs (for example, FSSAI registration for food).

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create a shop.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One shop per account.

Plans and payment

• Every new shop starts with a 30-day free trial on Basic. No card is needed.
• After that, you can pay for Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly, in advance. There is no autopay: you’re only charged when you choose to pay.
• Prices are shown excluding GST, which is added where it applies.
• If you don’t renew, your shop stays open for 7 days. After that, customers see “taking a short break” and can’t order until you pay. Nothing is deleted.
• Shops that joined before paid plans existed keep their plan free. We’ll give notice well ahead of any change.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

What’s not allowed

Selling anything illegal or prohibited, selling what isn’t yours to sell, fraud, spam, or pretending to be someone else. We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms.

Your content

What you publish — your shop’s name, photos, descriptions and prices — stays yours. You let us show it on your shop page so customers can see it and order.

Limits

bookmy.page is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes, and the law that applies

We’ll tell you before making material changes to these terms. The laws of India apply.
