Try it free first

Every new shop gets 30 days free — no card, no charge — so you can set up, share your link and take real orders before you decide to pay. Because of that, payments are not refunded once made, whether monthly or yearly — except in the cases below.

There is no autopay. You’re only charged when you choose to pay, and your plan simply ends if you don’t renew.

Chose the wrong plan?

Tell us within 48 hours of paying and we’ll move you to the right one, refunding the difference.

When we always refund, in full

• A payment taken twice by mistake.
• A payment taken when your plan wasn’t activated.
• A paid period in which bookmy.page was unavailable for more than 3 days in a row.

How refunds work

Write to contact@bookmy.page with your payment ID. We usually reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of being approved.

Shops suspended for breaking our Terms are not refunded.
