Acceptable use

What is not allowed

A shop on bookmy.page must not sell, show or link to:

• Sexual or adult content, or anything involving minors.
• Drugs, medicines sold without a licence, alcohol or tobacco where the law does not allow it.
• Weapons, explosives or anything made to hurt people.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods, or anything you do not have the right to sell.
• Scams: taking money for things you will not deliver, fake offers, or links that trick people.
• Pretending to be another person, shop or brand.
• Hate, harassment or threats against anyone.
• Anything else that is illegal in India.

Reporting a shop

Every shop has a Report this shop link at the bottom of its page. Tell us what is wrong; your name and number are optional. You can also write to abuse@bookmy.page.

The shop is never told who reported it. We look at every report as soon as we can.

What we do

We review new shops, and any shop that is reported. A shop that breaks these rules is suspended: its link stops working and it cannot take orders. Where the law requires it, we also tell the authorities.

If your shop was suspended

Write to contact@bookmy.page from the email address on your account and tell us why you think we got it wrong. We reply within 2 working days.
